Shipping & Processing

Domestic US Shipping Orders:

 

1. Processing

All orders are processed between Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Processing can take up to 2-10 business days, unless we are hosting a pre-order in which your estimated shipping date will be specified. If you have ANY questions feel free to email us at support@shopimanijewelry.com or reach us via Live Chat, someone will reach you within 24-48 hours. We love our customers and can't wait to assist you!

 

 2. Pre-Order Terms

We occasionally put some of our products on pre-order to secure your purchase in advance. Your estimated ship date will always displayed at checkout and in your confirmation email. Your order will not ship out until then. Placing an order on our website means agreeing to our pre-order terms and once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you have any questions, email us at support@shopimanijewelry.com.

Please note that purchasing pre-ordered items AND in stock items under one purchase will delay your order. We highly recommend placing a separate order for in stock items if you wish to receive them sooner. We provide free standard shipping on all USA orders, so no need to worry about the extra shipping fees, we got you! :)

 3. Shipping

We provide free standard shipping on all orders and ship via USPS, UPS & DHL which takes 3-7 business days to arrive (Mon-Sat.) Due the nature of the ongoing pandemics, Imani Jewelry is not responsible for any shipping delays once your order leaves our office. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier for updates. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. Imani Jewelry can only ship to the valid address you entered at checkout, we are not liable if this information is entered in wrong on your end. Please double check your order details before finalizing your purchase. If your order is sent back to us under any circumstance including but no limited to an insufficient address, etc. we will issue you a credit subtracting a $15 shipping & processing fee for reshipment of your next order. We always recommend purchasing our Route shipping insurance at checkout so that we can refund or replace your order in the event that it is lost, stolen or damaged. Route shipping insurance fees are non-refundable.

Customers that do not purchase shipping insurance at checkout must file a claim with the carrier to receive compensation in the event of a lost or stolen package as it is the fault of them. 

We occasionally offer expedited shipping options, including overnight and 2-day services, available for a nominal fee. To ensure same-day dispatch, please place your order before 11 am Eastern Time. While we strive for timely deliveries, Imani Jewelry is not responsible for ANY delay of express shipping for rare events such as but not limited to weather conditions or any carrier-related issues once your order leaves our office. Expedited shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE as it has already been processed upon (checkout/purchase). 

International Orders: 

International orders are shipped for a flat rate of $15. Please allow 20-30 business days for delivery. Please note that you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, which are not charged or calculated by Imani Jewelry Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises, and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise. If applicable, customs fees are generally paid directly to your national government or postal service at the time of delivery. 

Please note that Imani Jewelry has no involvement in foreign customs policies and cannot predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside the USA. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees and return fees assessed in return shipments. Please call your local Customs & Duties Offices for more information regarding excise duties.

Please note that if, in a rare case, international order is withheld in US Customs or other countries' Customs operations, we are not required to refund until the item returns to our shipping center. Customs are a separate entity of the mail carrier and should be treated as such. Please get in touch with your local Customs operations branch for any updates regarding your order; however, this process can be strenuous. We recommend waiting for Customs to do their due diligence to avoid unpleasant experiences while dealing with Customs.
