Return/Refund Policy

Return/Refund Policy:


1. What Is Your Return Policy?

Hi Queens! Imani Jewelry does not accept cash refunds under any circumstances unless there is a clear error on our behalf, however we will gladly issue you store credit on an e-Gift card! Your return must be initiated within 7 days of your posted delivery dateClick here to initiate your return! Any return request outside of these required timeframes will be rejected. All items must be unworn & returned in their original plastic film and velvet bag. Once we have the item back and it passes our inspection, we will issue your store credit. Imani Jewelry has the right to deny items if they do not meet our inspection. A $15 shipping fee will be deducted from your e-Gift card total as return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 7-21 business days for processing returns, we will process your items as soon as possible. If the item does not meet our inspection standards & the customer wants their item back, they must fulfill a $15 reshipment fee invoice.

Earrings, custom orders and items that are purchased during major sale events such as Black Friday are final sale and cannot be returned by the customer under any circumstances. Items marked final sale, cannot be returned by the customer as well. We will always recommend reaching out to us via Live Chat or email at  with any questions before placing your order.

2. What should I do if I receive a damaged product from Imani Jewelry?

If you received a damaged product, please reach out to us at within 7 days and provide photos/videos of the damage so we can make it right. Once the issue is assessed we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as requested by you.

Please do not return your damaged order back to us unless instructed. This will reject your store credit request as we are made to believe a damaged item was sent on your behalf. Imani Jewelry reserves the right to deny returned items if they do not meet our inspection requirements. 

 3. Can I return my earrings if I change my mind about my purchase?

Unfortunately, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances. This policy is in place due to sanitary concerns. We prioritize the health and safety of our customers and want to ensure that all our products meet the highest standards of hygiene.


 4. Do You Accept Exchanges?

We do not host exchanges directly. You must initiate your return via our portal and once we receive your item, we will send you an e-Gift card to purchase your desired item(s). Click here to initiate your return!


5. Can I Cancel My Order?

We do not accept order cancellations under any circumstances. Please double check all your order details before placing your order.


6. Can I Edit My Order After Its Placed?

Order change request in regards to shipping, discounts and item changes, must be made within 24 hours of placing you order. Please email us at to request your order edit within this timeframe. Due to our short processing timeframes, any change request outside of the 24 hours will be rejected as your order may have completed processing already. Please also note that edit request in regards to your actual items ordered is subjected upon approval as it’s depended upon availability. Item changes MUST have equal or lesser value to be swapped. The remaining balance will be issued as store credit on an e-Gift card.


7. What If I Never Received My Item?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. We always recommend purchasing our shipping insurance at checkout so that we can refund or replace your order in the event that it is lost, stolen (according to its tracking number) or damaged.

Customers that do not purchase shipping insurance at checkout must file a claim with the carrier to receive compensation in the event of a lost or stolen package as it is the fault of them.

9. Can I Return My International Order?

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges, returns or refunds for international orders.

10. Do you have same day delivery option?

We occasionally offer expedited shipping options, including overnight and 2-day services, available for a nominal fee. To ensure same-day dispatch, please place your order before 11 am Eastern Time. While we strive for timely deliveries, Imani Jewelry is not responsible for ANY delay of express shipping for rare events such as but not limited to weather conditions or any carrier-related issues. Expedited shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE as it has already been processed upon (checkout/purchase).
